Payment
No prepayment is taken for booking requests made on our website. The rental fee and deposit are paid when you collect the car. We accept credit cards, cash and bank transfer; a credit card in the renter's name is required when signing the contract.
Booking confirmation
Our team checks availability and confirms your request by email / WhatsApp. For bookings further ahead, the current price is confirmed with you.
Cancellation and changes
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before pick-up are free — just contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
- Date and car changes are possible subject to availability.
